It's The Most Wonderful Time of The Year!

Oh what fun! We took a little ride to DTLA to experience Santa's North Pole Village at Wisdome LA for the first-ever immersive holiday experience taking place inside of four fun-filled geodesic domes. The largest holiday installation the city of Los Angeles has ever seen.

Upon entering the first Dome, you get the feel of walking into Elsa's Ice Castle. Blue florescent lights surround full length mirrors everywhere through a mirror walkway . Once inside the dome, you're surrounded by lid up Christmas trees, polar bears and penguins. I really thought I was walking in a winter wonderland!

Second dome is all about Santa's North Pole Village. A village of life-size elves' homes covered in Christmas lights and fake snow. There is also a skating rink (not an actual ice skating rink fyi) but still gets the job done, especially for the little ones who are not too fond of real ice skating like my kids. The Dome itself is beautiful! Throughout the time we were there we felt as though it was really snowing and we even saw Santa and his sleigh fly across the sky, very beautiful!

Third Dome was Candy Land! we walked into the the elves workshop! toys everywhere and gingerbread house surrounded the room. In this dome you can decorate your own gingerbread house or ornaments. There are lots of selfie-worthy photo ops as well. it is very instagram worthy. The dome was all about candy and cute gingerbread men!

The fourth dome is dedicated for concerts, at the time of our visit there was a live band playing. My kids and I stepped in for a minute to enjoy some music and the kids where able to dance around and get the wiggles out.

Last but not least, the last dome we went into was the Holiday Cartoons Dome. We got to relax and lay on some bean-bags while watching some 360-degree, immersive cartoons. It was the perfect end to our Christmas experience.

Outside of the domes there was plenty more to explore like Santa's house and an a life-size snow-glove. There were a few vendors and a designated VIP lounge.

There is no private parking space. You can park on the street for FREE or use a public parking facility:
