Knott's Taste of Fall-O-Ween Event

Updated: Sep 29, 2020

Fall is here and with fall comes all the fun fall activities, which is why we were thrilled when we found out that Knott's Berry Farm was introducing their newest family friendly outdoor dining and retail experience with their Knott's Taste of Fall-O-Ween event.

Things might seem a little different this year so we are being extra cautious finding things to do with the family that are both safe and fun. Knott’s Taste of Fall-O-Ween experience gave us that, they had all the safety measures in place for us to decide it was something we were comfortable doing as a family.

Safety Measures

Here are some additional steps the park is taking to insure the safety of their guest: Before entering the event, you will need to pass through a temperature area where your temperature will be read. If anyone in your party has a temperature of 100.4°F/38°C or higher, you will be directed to return home and reschedule your visit. The park also has many hand sanitizer stations throughout Ghost Town, and frequently touched surfaces are disinfected and sanitized frequently. Distancing is marked on the floor for wait lines and plastic barriers are provided between guests and associates. Also, seating was spaced out through out the park and we were able to enjoy or food and treats without worry. Be sure to download the Taste of Fall-O-Ween mobile app to help you find all nearby hand sanitizer stations, restrooms, tasting card locations, and open merchandise shops.

Taste of Fall-O-Ween

The spirit of Halloween immediately took over us as we stepped into the park. Everywhere you looked there were decorations and the place was decked out with fall/Halloween themed decor. The event is outdoors, and comes with one-of-a-kind themed food and treats, exclusive event merchandise, and so much more. Guest of all ages can dress up in their fun festive costumes and enjoy the fun.

Costumes

Our boys decided they wanted to dress up for the event so they picked out their costumes and we were on our way. Costumes are not required but they sure are fun and it gave the kiddos something to look forward to knowing they were going to get the full Halloween trick-or-treating experience, oh yes! Did I mention Knott’s Taste of Fall-O-Falloween comes with a special fully-themed Camp Snoopy Trick-or-Treat Trail! Yes!! I know, So cool! Click here for costume guidelines.

Camp Snoopy Trick-or-Treat Trail

To experience this trail you will need to purchase a Junior tasting card. Card will include three tastings plus a trip through the Camp Snoopy Trick-or-Treat Trail. The trail comes with multiple treat stations and special spooky decorations. This was so cool for the kids to enjoy because they actual had the opportunity to go Trick-or Treating as we thought this was something they were not going to get a chance to do this year, so we were all happy.

Taste Cards

Tasting cards are date specific and must be purchased online at knotts.com or through the Knott’s Berry Farm mobile app prior to your visit. In order to manage proper physical distancing, all Knott's Taste of Fall-O-Ween tasting cards will be limited each day and may sell out, so hurry and get yours soon!

  • Regular tasting cards (ages 12+) are priced at $35 (plus tax) and will include five food tastings

  • Junior tasting cards (ages 3-11) are $20 (plus tax) and include three tastings plus a trip through the Camp Snoopy Trick-or-Treat Trail.

You can purchase your taste cards here before they sell out.

Taste of Fall-O-Ween Food Items:

We had so much to choose from and knowing we all had various tastings we knew there was lots of food we were going to be able to try. My personal favorite was the Creepy Cheese Slider with Onion Rings paired with their delicious Boysenberry Sangria. To see a list of all the food items available, click here.
